LIBEEP
This release contains again some changes - improvements - to the eeprobe file formats:
The changes in the CNT format are backwards compatible, because of the RIFF structure. The changes in the AVR file format are not backwards compatible. The new implementation of the AVR-RIFF format of course reads the 'old' AVR format; new files will be created in the new AVR-RIFF format.

A major part of the development related to the format changes has gone into the rewritting of the LIBEEP library. Almost all function calls have received a new name and interface; much effort was put into creating a logical naming convention. The most important part of LIBEEP (reading and writing of files) is now well documented, available in html, man-pages, and pdf.

[TODO] As part of the changes in the LIBEEP, a new version of the MATLAB (and associated EEGLAB plugin), will be released. This version will also included a much faster routine for reading trigger codes from TRG files, as well as fixes for reading some large CNT files.

Dongles (Hardlock/keylock) bug fix
In this release, an update of the dongle library fixes the delay issues at the startup of the eeprobe programs (this has been a problem in most installations, various distributions where a dongle is being used)

Support for Mac OS X
New with this release is the full support of eeprobe on Apple Macintosh computers. Requirements:
